A dense, almost electric composition, Mythical Bird centers on a twisting, vine-like form that reads as both creature and growth—part bird, part branch, part illusion. It cuts through a field of tightly packed florals, where saturated reds, soft pinks, and bursts of blue create a sense of movement and visual noise.

The surface is built from layered textile fragments, with raw, frayed edges left visible. This tension between control and looseness gives the piece its energy—structured in composition, but instinctive in execution.

There’s no clear hierarchy. The eye moves continuously, pulled between foreground and background, pattern and form. The “bird” reveals itself slowly, emerging from the density rather than sitting on top of it.
