Can I cancel my order?

Since each piece is uniquely crafted and custom printed upon receipt of every order, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. It's advisable to contact customer support promptly to inquire about your specific order.

Can I Edit My Order After Placing It?

Given the custom nature of the production process, modifications to orders after placement may not be feasible. For any changes, reach out to customer support as soon as possible to discuss available options.

How Long Does Production and Shipping Take?

  • Production: In order to provide this level of quality and care, we have a processing time of up to 2 weeks. Your piece is made to order and printed at a professional print shop dedicated to art printing. During this time, we carefully prepare your item for shipping, checking it for any defects or imperfections and ensuring that it is packed securely and safely.
  • Shipping: We're committed to printing and shipping your order within a respected time. Your orders will receive an estimated delivery date but this may vary. Expect an estimated shipping time of 1 week. Your orders will receive a tracking link that can be used to track your order. Please note that these estimates are approximate, and the actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and other factors. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you as soon as possible.

How Can I Track My Package?

After your order is shipped, a tracking link will be provided, allowing you to track your package.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I Return or Get a Refund?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our products are uniquely crafted and custom printed upon receipt of every order. Given the custom nature of our production process, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy is due to the fact that each piece we create is unique based on the specific parameters we receive for each customer.

If your artwork is damaged contact us with photo documentation of the product and packaging and we'll send you a replacement.

What Is the Quality of Your Artwork?
Each art print is an archival pigment print. Commonly referred to as a “giclée” print. The highest level of print performance currently available employs leading water based pigmented inks and museum papers ensuring unparalleled quality. What is a giclée print?
A giclée print is a high-quality art reproduction created using specialized inkjet printing technology. The term “giclée” (pronounced “zhee-clay”) is derived from the French word “gicler,” meaning “to spray,” aptly describing the process of spraying microscopic droplets of ink onto paper or canvas to produce detailed and vibrant images. 

Unlike standard prints, giclée prints are produced using archival-quality inks and substrates, ensuring longevity and color fidelity. This method allows for the replication of artworks with remarkable precision, capturing the nuances of the original piece.
